Manhattan Youth Ballet and Manhattan Movement & Arts Center announce the 2014 Summer Intensive Auditions on Sunday, March 2. Registration begins at 10:30am with audition classes for ages 8-10 at 11:30am, ages 11-14 at 12:30pm, and ages 15 and up at 1:45pm, at the Manhattan Movement & Arts Center, 248 West 60th Street, NYC (between Amsterdam and West End Avenues) in the Lincoln Center area. The audition application and further information is available at www.manhattanyouthballet.org. Audition fee is $30 payable by cash, check or credit card.

The 2014 Summer Intensive Auditions are held for 2014 Summer Intensive that runs from August 11-29, with 1, 2 and 3 week options and a final performance on August 28. The faculty is led by Artistic Advisor, Daniel Ulbricht as well as Deborah Wingert, and includes Head of Classical Repertoire Marina Stavitskaya, Choreographer in Residence Brian Reeder, Head of Primary Levels Natalia Boesch, and Adam Hendrickson, Erin Fogarty, Karen Lacy, and Attila Csiki. Guest faculty from New York City Ballet and American Ballet Theatre include: Herman Cornejo, Wendy Whelan, Maria Kowroski, Misty Copeland, and more.
