I went out to Terrace in the Sky for an elegant, relaxing dinner with a friend of mine. Every course, including appetizers, main courses and dessert, was both expertly prepared and delicious. If you get the Sugar Cane Shrimp, make sure to taste the sugar cane - it is not just decorative. Terrace in the Sky is also a great place to hold special events.
