The Theater 14th Street Y & Bearded Ladies Productions present the 4th Y Cabaret, as part of the Theater/Dance Series curated at The Theater at The 14th Street Y, 344 E. 14th Street, NYC on March 24 & 25, 2018 at 8pm.The Y Cabaret is evening of drinks, dance, and food and features choreographers: Nicole Von Arx, Peter Cheng, Mei Yamanaka, Roya Carreras, Kristen Carcone, BAIRA (formerly BS Movement), and Princess Lockerooo, hosted by Clinton Edward.

Tickets are $20 in advance ($22 at the door) and are available at www.14streety.org/tickets.

This March performance marks the fourth Y Cabaret at the 14th St Y, and in just three years the Y Cabaret will have showcased 28 dance companies through this program alone. Each Cabaret invites seven choreographers to showcase work both new and old in a welcoming, fun, and safe environment for audiences and artists. Audiences experience the weird, the sensual, the funny, the sexy, and the entertaining in our dance cabaret; and what better way to do that than with a drink in hand? You can get up close and personal with some of the hottest choreographers in town and experience dance outside of the boundaries of traditional performance.

Jake McIntye and Larry Daniels (Bearded Ladies Productions) founded the Y Cabaret to give audiences different way to connect with contemporary dance, and choreographers a space to develop work. Having successfully presented other dance shows at the Y, the Y Theater has partnered with BL Productions from the beginning to bring a whole new audience and artists to the Y.
