"raw energies in the service of smartly structured ensemble movement and striking visual concepts" The Oregonian
Exhilarating. Creative. Unruly. Founded in 2001 by the ambitious young choreographer Shin Chang Ho, LDP is an award-winning company that specializes in physically charged dance. Three distinct works define the extraordinary talent of these artists and performers.

The dancers of LDP perform a wide-ranging catalog of contemporary dances, including Are You Happy to See Me? by choreographer Mi Sook Jeon, which explores social conventions and points to a lack of communication in modern society. Modern Feeling, an accomplished duet crafted from contact improvisation, breakdance, and martial arts, won the Grand Prix award at the Seoul International Choreographer Festival in 2008. The program concludes with the high-octane hip-hop and martial arts infused No Comment, in which seven suited men leap, lunge, flip, and fall in acrobatic euphoria.
